David has developed a proprietary site-finding system that is being used by over 40 developers around London that uses prop-tech, a systemized approach and highly trained staff to identify off-market sites using specialist planning knowledge that is helping developers build large pipelines of sites and get ahead of the competition. I will personally guide you and hold you accountable to ensure that you're growing your business and getting results.


We've always been innovative and we'll show you all the tips and tricks that have allowed us to acquire sites off market with no competition and oftentimes with profit on GDVs close to 35-40%.
