Why me?

With proven successes in title splitting, commercial conversions, flips, property management, lettings and extensive development, David has built up a pipeline of over £70m worth of developments around London and Surrey. David has developed a proprietary site finding system that is being used by over 40 developers around London that uses prop-tech, a systemized approach and highly trained staff to identify off market sites using specialist planning knowledge that is helping developers build large pipelines of sites and get ahead of the competition.

Is the Inner Circle only online?

No. We have monthly in-person meet ups in Central London where we all get together as a group and discuss high-level topics, individual deals, any issues and accomplishments and plan for the month ahead. We will also be hosting events abroad, which will only be available to members of the inner circle.
