Legacy Builder Series
In this series you'll be learning alongside our planners, architects, equity funders, project managers, solicitors and other professionals that have delivered thousands of units and have decades of professional experience.
Two and three day courses are great to build a foundational knowledge of property development, however we believe you need on-going in-depth training on the full life cycle of development if you're going to build a lasting legacy for you and your family - that's exactly what we've created with the "Land & Development Legacy Builder".
The idea behind this series is to provide and give developers a more in-depth working knowledge of specialist areas of development that you need to have in order to be successful in the long-term. Mindset and general personal development are important factors in achieving success in development, but you do need additional professional and practical training that will give you a deeper understanding of the development life cycle and how to apply it.
In this series you'll be learning alongside our planners, architects, equity funders, project managers, solicitors and other professionals that have delivered thousands of units and have decades of professional experience.

A lot of guru's talk about making £10k per month sourcing and how easy it is, but the reality is these guys are in lower value areas doing smaller transaction sizes and they havent done any real investment or development agency. If you want to trade on larger sites and make fees of £30k-£50k+ you need to have a deeper knowledge of agency, negotiation with vendors and buyers, how to actually get control of a site to ensure you get paid, how to deal with solicitors in a transaction and how to wear multiple hats.

Jay Chauhan, Berkshire Corporate“Learning from Dave, his knowledge about finding off market sites is really invaluable. Dave really knows this stuff and hoping to work with him in the future. So if you're looking to find your own sites and develop your own sites, Dave Hartnett from Mountbatten Estates is your man.”
Russell Coomber, Kings Construction Services“In the time I have known Dave he has done nothing but go out of his way to help myself and many others in growing their businesses, I would recommend Dave to anyone involved in any aspect of property and investment - and would definitely suggest you keep an eye out for his events”
Sam Edwards, Aequitas Invest“I have known Dave Harnett for over 5 years, I have been very impressed with this property knowledge, especially with the difficulties of the planning process. Dave has always conducted himself in a very professional manner, with our business dealings, he has extremely good social skills which I’m sure would be an asset in any potential JV working relationship.”
Desmond Daly, Daily Equity Connections“Dave's site finding workshop is brilliant and has lots of content. I recommend it if you're interested in doing your own developments interesting finding sites. And on top of that, I've also hired a VA through Dave who's made my life much, much easier. I actually get some value out of using a site finding she's not only really good at finding the sites, but also communicating across, and understanding what I'm looking for, my requirements and Dave's done a fantastic job training her.”
